Recently, Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) has been used  to replace Induction motor and Brushless DC motor in some applications such as:  hybrid vehicle, propulsion vehicle, etc.


Title of My Research PhD:

A Novel Direct Torque Control (DTC) Scheme for High Performance Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) Drives Based on Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA).
This project is under supervision by Assoc. Prof. DR. Nik Rumzi Nik Idris
